The front desk staff gave me a warm welcome. They showed amazing helpfulness. The room I stayed in felt clean and bigger than I had expected. The location aided easy access to transport, including the train and subway.
The room lacked an iron, it proved to be a slight inconvenience.

I found the location AMAZING. The hotel provided early check-in, a HUGE plus. The staff were consistently friendly and always accommodating to my needs.
The limited room service options, offering only cold snacks, were a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast area is near reception and provides limited options. Scrambled eggs and sausages quickly run out, so I recommend going early. Coffee service can be slow, but the cold food options like salmon and cheese are available.

the room was clean, this met my expectations.
The desk space was largely occupied, leaving little room for my laptop. I had to rearrange items to create a workspace. accessing an electrical plug for charging my phone at the same time proved difficult. it felt inconvenient.
